Learning Objectives for Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians
1. Describe the vital role early-career pharmacists play as leaders and ambassadors in driving interprofessional teamwork and medication safety initiatives.
2. Analyze four pivotal events from the presenter's career to identify diverse facets of leadership and their practical application in health-system pharmacy.
3. Identify practical leadership strategies to effectively move critical issues and accomplish key institutional goals.
